Elysium Is comprised of private studio spaces for independent beauty and body professionals within a larger building that is designed especially for hair stylists, estheticians, nail techs, massage therapist, permanent makeup artists and other professions within the beauty industry. Creative professionals can rent a suite by the week with utilities included, sell their own products and set their own hours. Working out of a salon suite versus a traditional salon or spa gives beauty professionals the freedom to run their own salon business without the added costs of building maintenance and other risks that come along with owning a business.

At Elysium, you have access to your studio 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our main doors are open during regular business hours; however, if you have a client before or after business hours when the main doors are locked, you can let your clients in. This allows you to take appointments during the hours that best fit your schedule and the schedules of your clients.

Yes! We offer suites that easily accommodate multiple artists.

Yes! You can personalize inside your suite with paint, art, furniture and accessories. We encourage our tenants to customize their suite with their own brand!

Once approved, submit a security deposit (to be paid towards last two weeks or damages) in the amount of two weeks of rent.

Lease agreements are for 1 year. We also have daily/weekly permanent makeup, tattoo and makeup booths available. No contract for daily/monthly rent- first come, first serve!

The city requires all suite owners to apply for a business license.
